Tarsar Marsar Trek – 6 Nights, 7 Days Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar

• Arrive in Srinagar and transfer to Aru (3-4 hours).
• Explore the village and acclimatize.
• Overnight stay in Aru.

Day 2: Aru to Lidderwat

• Trek from Aru to Lidderwat (10 km, 5-6 hours).
• Trek through dense pine forests and picturesque meadows.
• Camp near Lidderwat by the Lidder River.

Day 3: Lidderwat to Shekwas

• Trek from Lidderwat to Shekwas (5 km, 4-5 hours).
• Pass through beautiful landscapes and alpine pastures.
• Overnight camping at Shekwas.

Day 4: Shekwas to Tarsar Lake

• Trek from Shekwas to Tarsar Lake (5 km, 4-5 hours).
• Explore the stunning Tarsar Lake and its surroundings.
• Overnight camping near Tarsar Lake.

Day 5: Tarsar to Sundarsar Lake

• Cross Tarsar Pass (13,000 ft) and trek to Sundarsar Lake (5 km, 4-5 hours).
• Enjoy the breathtaking views of Sundarsar Lake.
• Overnight camping near Sundarsar Lake.

Day 6: Marsar Lake Excursion

• Day trek to Marsar Lake and back to Sundarsar (7 km, 5-6 hours).
• Enjoy views of the hidden Marsar Lake before returning to camp.

Day 7: Sundarsar to Aru via Lidderwat

• Trek back from Sundarsar to Lidderwat and continue to Aru (12 km, 7-8 hours).
• Drive back to Srinagar for departure.
