Himalayan Hikes India provides trekking and expedition services in North India, including customized packages for various trekking routes.

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our website. A deposit is required at the time of booking, and the remaining balance must be paid before the commencement of the trek.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 30 days or more before departure: 100% refund of the deposit.
• 15-29 days before departure: 50% of total cost.
• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

5. Liability

Himalayan Hikes India is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trek, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Health and Safety

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit for the trek. We recommend consulting with a medical professional before participating in any trekking activity.

7. Changes to Terms

Himalayan Hikes India reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
